I am a junior at the University of Central Florida, within the Character Animation program. I applied to the program in the Spring of 2024 and was one of the 26 people accepted. Among other 3d modeling and design classes, we are now in the process of creating a short film, storyboarding, modeling and rigging 2 characters and designing a unique 3D environment. We are very passionate about this project and excited to share it with others this following Spring!
I want to fuel this kind of passion in others as well now. Even better than bringing my own ideas to life is seeing and perceiving others’ ideas, then helping them to make something great from them. That’s where I see myself in the role of modeler or animator. I love bringing someone’s vision into 3D form, and even more, I enjoy bringing these characters to life, helping carry out a character’s action to drive the story.
